SONOMA COUNTY CHARDONNAY
House of Cards Sonoma Chardonnay is a crisp and refreshing Sonoma County Chardonnay. We start with 95% Chardonnay and blend in a 3% layer of Pinot Blanc and a 2% splash of Gewürztraminer. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.

Napa Red Wine
House of Cards Red Wine is a whimsical blend of Napa Valley varieties. We start with Cabernet Sauvignon 68%, and then add Merlot 17%, Zinfandel 10% and finish with Petite Verdot 5%. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 8 months.

Cab is King
House of Cards Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured blend of Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. We start with Cabernet Sauvignon 90%, add Merlot 6%, and finish with Petite Verdot 4%. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Northern California mountain ranges are home to our Napa and Sonoma Bench Wines. These wines are grown on California Benchlands in the heart of the world famous Napa Valley and Russian River Valley.

Chardonnay
This wine is a multi-layered work of art. The calcium rich soils produce a distinctive minerality with bursts of stone fruit and crisp apple with fully integrated French Oak from first glass to the finish. Sonoma Bench Chard is a wonderful treat to be enjoyed on a warm summer day or as the wine to impress from the first course to the end of a special event. This delightful Chardonnay is a perfect match with a tasty ceviche, roasted chicken or cream-sauced pastas.

Pinot Noir
This taste of beauty is a concentrated mélange of dark cherry and raspberry with hints of mushrooms and layers of French Oak. The fruit was harvested from vineyards in the Russian River Valley in the area surrounding Sebastopol. In this area the soft rolling hills of the Russian River Valley combine with layers of yellow clay that limit productivity and concentrate this exceptional fruit. Consider serving this fine Pinot Noir with rack of lamb grilled over smoking rosemary coals and line caught king salmon.

Cabernet Sauvignon
The bench lands of the Napa Valley have long been famous for quality and explosive fruit. Millions of years of erosion, have produced the perfect combination of sand, gravel and volcanic mineral concentration needed to produce the finest Cabernet Sauvignon. Napa Bench Cabernet Sauvignon jumps from the glass with layers of black currant, blackberry and baking spices with light hints of toasty French Oak. Serve with well marbled steak grilled over a hot fire, rack of lamb with smoky rosemary and Copper River Salmon in season.

This is a brilliant wine of pale color with green tones. It is bottled young in order to maintain its fruity and light. It is delightful as an aperitif and perfect with salads, fish and seafood. Serve chilled.

Carménère is a grape originally from France, but today is planted exclusively in Chile. Our Carménère is packed with powerful aromas and notes of ripe black cherries, fresh berries, spice and fresh herbs.
